DWoodsWigs are not your ordinary wigs! It’s a service where all wigs are created via sewing machine to create a flawless wig that is built to last. We specialize in 5x5 lace closure wigs. Sewing is done very neatly to ensure that wefts will not loosen or unravel. The bundles are double wefted and cut to ensure a flat foundation.
All of our wigs are glueless so you can literally put the wig on in the morning and snatch it off at night! It’s an easy go-to wig, no leave out or glue is required!
DWoodsWigs are constructed using 3-4 bundles of high quality 100% Virgin Human Hair with a closure or frontal. Our hair can be curled, straightened, and bleached. For all coloring services we recommend that you contact a professional. The longevity of our wigs ranges from 2-3 years, with proper care and maintenance and closure/frontal replacements as needed. This timeframe can vary depending on if you color or bleach the hair, excessive heat, hair care routine etc.
You must have a flat foundation under your wig. If you have large braids or anything bulky underneath, your wig will not fit properly. I recommend 8-10 small and flat braids under your wigs. Our wigs are so snug that sometimes an elastic band is not needed.
All Ready to Ship orders will come with 5x5 HD lace. Lace tint, which is a pigmented spray solution meant to make your lace wig blend better with your skin tone, can be added to your lace before your unit is shipped. Please select one of the four colors pictured below for a natural blend of your lace. When checking out, type in the notes section which lace tint color you would like to use.
Tan
Tan shade is best for fair to medium brown skin tones with Neutral to Warm (Pink, yellow, golden) undertones.
Bronze
Bronze shade is best for light brown to moderate brown skin tones with Neutral (golden, olive, brown ) undertones.
Dark
Dark shade is best for dark brown skin tones with Cool (Red, Pink, Blue) undertones.
Deep Dark
Deep Dark shade is best for Dark brown to Darker skin tones with Neutral (olive, brown) undertones.

To ensure a perfect fit of your wig, accurate head measurements are required. DWoodsWigs is not responsible for any incorrectly given head measurements. so please be sure to give an accurate head measurement. Please refer to the chart below for more information. If you’re still having issues, please contact us @ dwoodswigs@gmail.com.
If you're supplying your own bundles, I will need your measurements and hair at least 10 days before you would like your wig completed! Wigs will not be started without measurements! If you’re shipping bundles, please be sure to inform me of the tracking number via email or text with a detailed description of what you’re sending. All orders should be mailed to:

If you're dropping off any bundles or wigs, please contact us via e-mail at dwoodswigs@gmail.com or call/text 901-466-6324 so we can arrange an appropriate drop-off time.
PLEASE make sure hair has been washed, completely dry, and organized by length before sending or dropping your hair off. Please do not provide any bundles that have cut wefts/tracks
PROCESSING TIME
Ready to Ship Wigs and Bundles: Please allow up to 3 business days (not including weekends) for processing time for all purchases. This does not include shipping time.
Wig Construction:
Please allow up to 7-15 business days (Mon-Fri) from your purchase date for the completion of your wig. Your wig may be completed sooner than 7-15 business days, but if you would like your wig completed sooner, you may choose our Rush Service option for an additional fee (5-7 business days). Please email or text us with the date to ensure that your unit can be completed by that time. This does not include
shipping time.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All wig orders will require a signature upon delivery. Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order has been shipped. Once you have access to the tracking number, all concerns regarding tracking should be directed to the parcel carrier by providing them with your tracking number. Please keep in mind that due to the holiday season and COVID-19, there may be additional delays.
We try our best to ensure that products are delivered on time, but please understand that once a package has been received by the post office, any problems are out of our hands. Please make sure all shipping addresses are correctly entered.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of this product, there are no returns or refunds. If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, If no issues are reported, DWoodswigs is not responsible for any issues after this timeframe. Contact customer service at
